Bad aftersales service

I bought 4 solar batteries. After installation it didnt keep charge and didnt charge fully. I took it back to First National Batteries. Its nearly a week and all they can tell me when I phone they will come back to me with results. Keep on postponing. This is terrible! If a battery is not working, replace or refund. Dont tell the customer that you want to do some more tests everytime. I dont get feedback either. It is a week that I cannot use my solar system as I should.
