On Thursday morning, I received a notification advising that my account had been put on hold. When I contacted the call centre after 4pm on Thursday (after I had attempted to resolve the issue by going to the branch earlier), I was assisted by Zukile Pikile.

His customer service is second to none. Zukile was knowledgeable, patient and solved my problem within minutes by escalating the issue. The hold was up-lifted in minutes of sending the relevant documents and I could access my funds.

He was highly professional & courteous in that when he could hear that I was panicking, he calmed me down.
