ZIYANDA NKUTHA RUDE!!!
I called in FNB loans make a query & a lady by the name Ziyanda Nkutha started screaming at me. Since when does FNB employ rude people to deal with customers. It's our money that we put in FNB - if shes tired of working then she must quit!!!

Relating to the above query raised 30 Oct - which I was advised the account in question will be closed is still open with a negative balance of R325 (interest).
Its the end of November now, can this be resolved and account removed from my name and closed off in credit bureau.
