Zero to no response from this service provider!
It has been 7 months since we contacted the FNB Short Term Insurance Claims regarding our TV Speakers making a horrible static noise after a stage of load shedding, they sent out a guy who initially did not have the tools to open the TV, then sent another guy who broke the TV casing when he open it, he obviously never had the correct tools. We have not heard back after numerous emails and calls.
This bank is going down the toilet, I had ***** on my cheque account twice and closed my account with them.

08 Jun 2023, 13:27So, this is the reply we got from FNB today, apparently the assessors they sent to us has a before picture of the TV which is obviously not cracked and it sounds as if it's a he said she said, but I still have no clear cut decision with regards to the claim yet?
