Zero stars for zero help.
Opened an account online, got confirmation that its active, account number etc. Got money paid into it that never showed (no, not ****med). Send someone to try depositing money into it in the branch, can't deposit as there's something wrong with the account. Asked for help via inbox on fb to be flat out ignored. The bank it was paid from says it went through so where the f is my money? I CAN'T get into town to go to a branch, thats why I did everything online from the start. Gimme my money.
