FNB = PATHETIC Had the worst experience today with rude call center staff, a phone system that sends me through an infinite loop. Just PATHETIC. No matter what I tried, any service was IMPOSSIBLE. Secure chat not working, phone system not working, just in general the reason I'm going to go through a LOT of effort at the end of the month to switch banks and GET RID OF THIS PATHETIC service.
