Zero star service from FNB fiduciary

This is my second negative review of FNB fiduciary over the last few months. It's deafening silence on their end, unless I take the effort to painstakingly call (calls are never answered by the estates administrator) or send emails which will not be responded to for days. I've been calling the estates administrator's number since Monday and have only been getting her voicemail. I've also sent her an email on Monday immediately after calling but have not even gotten an acknowledgement email at the very least. It's painful enough dealing with the loss of my mother but FNB fiduciary is making the healing process worse for my brothers and I. I'll write a review every single day on HelloPeter if that's what it takes for me to get the feedback I've asked for.
