In the last week my opinion f the bank I've ranked so highly for years has been repeatedly shot to the absolute pits. registered a claim with LOC to date no assistance has been received despite calling on a daily basis, I eventually asked to speak to a team leader and guess what they were not available. Then I logged an online complaint the confirmation was sent to my previous work email which I have never used for my banking, I call again to find out how they say due to POPI they cant tell me the address I put on my complaint , transfer me update my details and just as i thought my work email address is no where on my profile . Im not sure why you are dropping the ball FNB but you are doing an outstanding Job of making it worth it to move my account.
