ZERO SERVICE FROM CARD DIVISION

PLEASE could someone from card division attend to the email that I have repeatedly sent to cancel my credit card! my balance is 0 and has been for years. It still shows on my credit report, and even shows 2 missed payments!! I need the card cancelled and removed from my credit report! I have been asking since 2017!
