Zero Service!!!

It is such a mission getting assistance from FNB. I'm trying to cancel my credit insurance because I've settled my account (yes, I'm still getting billed). I've been getting holding for over an hour being sent from one consultant to another. What annoyed me the most is when Nyaniso tells me that his department doesn't do cancellations and then goes on to transfer me to someone in that very same department. At this point I'm ready to close this FNB account because the service is appalling to say the least
