Zero service and feedback

App**** for a new private clients credit card, which was immediately approved. Since then it's been a constant battle to get feedback as to what is happening and what documents are requires and to get the correct documents sent to me. Despite it being a private clients service there is no single point of contact and the call centres are clueless at best. At this stage it's still not clear what the status is or what is still required.
