Zero serive from Private banking
FNB Private banking is pertty much a more expensive version of regular banking. I have a supposed private banker, called Shaun Pillay, but Shaun appears to have either died or decided he's never coming back to work, and they didnt replace him. Either that, or he does not read e-mails or answer calls, and is sitting at his desk playing a game of Sudoku. Whatever the case may be, dont waste your time and money on Private banking.

11 Nov 2019, 16:39In additional to the terrible service from Private banking, I also had technical issues purchasing tickets through the EBucks link to Computicket. I processed a purchase three times because each time I got a pop up message to say that the seats could not be reserved, only to find that the transactions have gone off my account. I have contacted Computicket and they say they have not received payment??? BUT, FNB has already charged me interest on these three transactions! Great job and robbing your customers blind FNB! Its the one thing you guys do propertly. Surely if you send a promotional e-mail to clients relating to tickets that can be purchased, you should ensure that the link to make the purchase is working? Logic, not?
