Zero planning for zero bank

Ohk so I have been trying to get my money via the easy zero and using the ussd on .y phone only to find out that it is on a "routine maintenance" I've also went on the FNB page on Facebook to see pple have been waiting for weeks to get their money via the easy zero. In trying everything to get my money but to no help. The ussd doesn't work and I'm stuck bcse I need the temp pin but to no avail. FNB have some explaining to do
