ZERO FOR FNB CARD DELIVERY DEPARTMENT.

on the 22nd of November 2023 I received and sms that my card is expiring soon and the courier will contact me in 4weeks time to arrange delivery.

on the 27 of November 2023 to my surprise I received another sms that my card has been delivered to middestad branch.

1stly no one contacted me regarding delivery. 2ndly I tried reaching out to FNB and was assisted by someone named Nonhlanhla who refused to listen and kept telling me to go to a branch and eventually just closed my chat without assisting me.

I believe whatever happened was not my fault FNB never made contact with me all im asking is that my card be delivered to me and NO I am not going to a branch
