ZERO FEEDBACK...*********** PEOPLE...TOPPED WITH LIES

Bought groceries and FNB deducted the amount from my account twice. I logged a request for reversal, sent through forms and proof. All on the 27th of September 2023. Till this day i have not received any feedback nor my money back. On the secure chat the one person is more useless than the other. They lie and tell you it has been escalated but it never is. The FNB automated email response says 5 days...we are way passed that. When you call and waste hundreds of rands on airtime you get sent from pillar to post and the one person knowing less than the other. You pay INSANE monthly fees for the most pathetic service ever added with lies on top. I want my money back.
