ZERO FEEDBACK ON HARD HOLD

I received an email on the 20th of December 2020,saying a hard hold had been put on my account,and to provide identity docs and proof of residence.which i did on the same day.requested confirmation of receipt of documents on the 20th December,22nd,28th of December no reply.Hard hold on incoming forex payments only.Have tried calling call centre.Its been almost a month.No feedback from the given email address.Some of incoming payments already been sent back to sender after more than 30 days of no replies.
