Zero customer service: ***** line

My handbag got ******. I cancelled my cards and had to block my internet banking. I phoned the ***** line today from inside the Zambesi branch.

I held on for 35 minutes, someone eventually answerede the phone. I told him what my problem was. He told me to hold the line. I had to hold on for 15 minutes. Then he dropped the line and I had to start the process again. I have now been holding on for 1 hour and 41 minutes and NO answer at the ***** department! This is ridiculous!

I have to say the personnel in the Montana branch was VERY helpful and friendly - great service Zambesi branch.
