Zero Customer Service but Hundreds of Rands worth of Service Fees

I reported ***** on my credit card after a car rental company debited R13626 and odd cents without my knowledge. I expressed how it was procedurally incorrect that the rental company debit my account without me knowing.

I have to date not received any communique from the ***** department, but after a month of complete silence I was debited a credit card fee this morning. This means that as a bank my concern around ***** is not taken seriously however Im still expected to pay to the very credit card that is to my knowledge blocked from working due to the pending investigation.
