Zero communication

I reported a standard debit card ***** case on 14 January and have had 6 promises of feedback and STILL nothing as of 21 February. Not one person can assist me. Feeling helpless, I am actually now not surprised to see such low overall ratings on Hellopeter. Not one email, phone call or message. Will be taking my business to another bank if not sorted this week.
