ZERO assistance with Google code purchased on YOUR portal

ZERO update or resolution to issue on 4 December 2023, This is my second Hello Peter complaint 04 Dec 2023 GOOGLE PLAY GIFT CODE Code is not working, and no assistance from Google as they say the place i bought it from my resolve. Now FNB has done nothing in over a month....Pathetic!!!
