Warning: FNB Forex does not disclose all costs upfront for global transfers despite claiming it does. When transferring from FNB to FNB Channel Islands it would be reasonable to have the receiving bank charges included, right? More importantly I would expect to have the receiving bank charges properly declared on the account nominated to pay these charges.

Instead you get a random charge with the transaction description "ZBD FX IBI5L02534 SD3GRZRQP8EJ7691" which looks like a debit order ****.

Worse still when you enquire about it they don't listen to you and keep trying to tell you why they won't reimburse the charge when you just wanted them to issue to PROPER TRANSACTION DESCRIPTION!

I feel so insulted having to come to FNB with a genuine piece of constructive criticism and being treated like an idiot and insulted with just having the same empty "you don't understand", "we will do whatever we want" response thrown back at me again and again.
