Youth account on hold

I have always had a good experience from fnb. I opened a acc on my acc for my daughter 3 month's ago. And it is still on hold. No one can tell me why. That is 3 month's of interest that has been lost. I can't understand why it is on hold if it is opened on an existing acc????
