Youth account not available

I shared a previous complaint on how impossible it is to open a youth account online. I got an email where a consultant apologised and confirmed youth accs are available. I responded with the issues I hav trying to do it online and it's been 3 days and no response. I don't want a phone call all I want is to open a youth acc online why is this like pulling teeth with fnb.
