Youth account impossible to open

Trying to open a youth account online is a pain and an impossible task. I had to change my online password etc and still get nowhere. How pathetic that in this day and age getting an account linked to my own is just impossible I don't want a phone call that is not necessary. If youth accounts are not available remove it form ur offering on ur website.just frustrating to say the least.
