your stuff tells me that she is allowed to be rude to me early in the morning and wakes me up at 7:30 on my day off

<p>*********** service at the highest level I am totally disgusted at the type of service FNB is delivering . today morning at around 7:30 I receive a call from someone representing FNB she says that she is calling from Brooks Attorneys however representing FNB.she woke me up from my sleep on my day off and have the audacity to tell me that she is allowed to be rude to me and that she doesn't care if I reporterd this incident as I told her that if I do she could be in a lot of s*** her name is Nompumelelo and she is extremely rude and says she doesn't care FNB takes away the account from Brooks Attorneys please do something about this as I will not stand for it going forward this is the reason that I do not want to have an account for you any longer and I'm sure that I'm Not The Only One receiving such **** service</p>
