Your sms and email systems are pathetic!

So I keep getting sms's and emails to say 'for your convenience, your loan will go off on the 15th of December,if you want to have it deducted on the normal date, opt out by blah blah blah' I then opt out the way they say I should, both via sms and email, but yet,I keep receiving the sms's and emails,AND I KEEP OPTING OUT! What don't you guys get!? I don't want to have my loan deducted 2 weeks within each other,PLUS,you give me a way to OPT OUT,but YET,it doesn't seem to register on your side!!

I OPT OUT FROM HAVING YOU DEDUCT MY LOAN PAYMENT ON THE 15th and HAVE DONE SO SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE SMS'S BEING SENT OUT!! MAKE SURE THAT THE LOAN GOES OF ON THE CONTRACTUALLY AGREED DEBIT DATE,OR THERE WILL BE ISSUES!
