YOUR SERVICE IS GETTING POOR - PLEASE DECLINE

I am so disappointed with your service and with misrepresentations of your consultants. On 1 June 2019, I submitted in increase on the revolving account via telephone. Where I am current held an amount of R13 000 and want to increase it to R40 000. On that telephone conversation, I was told about the request being referred to the Credit Manager with a Service level agreement of 24 hours. The same day, I made a follow up, but the consultant wasn’t sure and gave me a long story. On 2 June 2019, another call, I was advised of the backlog that the manager is experiencing. On the 3rd June 2019, another call and I spoke to Refiloe Maboi, who depicted that they had a system glitch and advised that she will escalate the request through her manager, as her functions are restricted to go further. She thereafter promised to update me on the progress. Gladly appreciated her email in the afternoon hours. But it was bitter and sweet feedback, noting that my request is within their SLA of 48 hours. How does she calculate 48 hours, starting from Monday to Wednesday close off business hours. Today is Thursday and yet still no final outcome. Kindly DECLINE that request, I am not finding joy from this whole thing.
