YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST!

If I could give zero stars, I would. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been on secure chat since 9:40 this morning and still my issue is not resolved. The people continuously transfer me to the wrong service desk and then when transferred to the correct service desk it takes them 2 hours to assist and then they disconnect without assisting and asking me questions which I do not know and that's the exact questions I asked answers for. How on earth do you ask me the questions when I asked the answers to them?

I am super super disgusted!

Pull up your socks and appoint people that actually knows what's going on!!!!!!!!!!!!
