Your response does not mean much

What is sad about the matter, judgement taken on my name without my knowledge is that for 11 years FNB never told me I was still owing them nor told me they were handing the account over. I just found out when I obtained the records from the collection company is that the judgement was taken last year May but they only contacted me this year. I app**** for office to move my company from home to an office, then the Broker did some check and informed me about this judgement. Everything is on hold now. I can't get rental until this is sorted. Is it a matter of those debt collectors that keep court stamps in their offices and just blacklist everyone. especially africans? The lady I spoke to at FNB was rather cold and unwilling to answer my questions. Is the bank making sure that it keeps african in chains for years, like it happened in the past? Why would one wait 10 years to tell someone they still owe money?. My warning to all potential victims is that they enquire from the bank if they have any outstanding accounts cause FNB will hit you when you're not expecting especially when taking a step into a better future. Will do anything to keep you where you are.<br>
