Your private wealth account is blocked. No milk for ur baby nor meds for your grandparents! Nothing they can attempt to even do!

I have never been so highly disappointed and angry at a bank that Iv been with for over 15 years. Now a private wealth client.

Backtrack... in March, i was sent and e mail requesting documents for Fica purposes, I responded with all the required information.

I then recieve an sms saying that my card is going to be blocked again this month for further documentation. I then do what is requested and by 12 pm on Friday morning I send the documents through to Thisha Myanddu. No response until 4 hours later when I start getting agitated. In this time, i call call centres, eventually, my airtime dies (I cannot log onto my fnb app to buy airtime because it is frozen) I speak to the consultant asking 2 of them to call me back, they simply disregard this request.

I eventually speak to Thisha at 6pm. She says there is nothing she can do, documents are being vetted, only Saturday the 22/5 8am will she help.

I do bring to her attention that my grandparents are not well, nd I was due to take them medication of which I could not.

I call another fnb private weath agent, explaining my situation, i tell him I have a small baby and she wont even have milk, so what he is saying is this is their solution, and my child must not drink her milk tonight. He has the audacity to tell me unfortunately, yes! My airtime cut, no reference for the call. But i do know Fnb tracks calls made and recieved.

It is now Monday the 24/5 and still I havnt a cent to tend to anyone, not even an e mail to update me. I had to borrow money to get to work This is disgusting! I will escalate this on all platforms!

I am going to take my business to STANDARD BANK Fnb will never get a cent from me.
