Your monies will disappear with FNB

FNB is absolutely pathetic and useless. Monies go missing from your account and they have the most *********** people working there. There is a person by the name of Dudu who had extreme difficulty comprehending what what been explained to her, just because she chose to understand it in a way that is suitable to FNB rather than understanding what actually happened. When it was confirmed to her by another FNB department that what I was trying to explain to her was the correct version, she confirmed this on email and failed to rectify the issue, even after been emailed back and been advised that they must please attend to rectify the issue. She blatantly ignored the email. My issue, in which I complained about and was correct, as confirmed by another department was just ignored by this Sduduziwe (Dudu) Sithole. FNB has taken, on multiple occasions, monies from my account and when queried they come with excuses. Also, there is an amount that was taken off R1999-00 that was taken from my account. This **** bank initially indicated that it might be ***** (when it was not) and did not let the amount process as normal. They then, without my knowledge let the amount go off a few days later. Why the **** would you allow the amount to go off a few days later when it was flagged as *****? If you was under the impression it was initially *****, why did you allow it to go off? This had put a hold on the service that needed to be done because the amount did not reflect on the service provider's side. I had to make a separate payment from a different banking account for the amount of R1999-00 so that my service with the subscription company continues or they would have stopped it. Now I am out of pocket of R1999-00 and it is almost a month out of pocket of this amount. This is a **** bank and you will lose monies banking with them because of large amounts disappearing from your account under so called "*****" when it actually isn't and also under the pretense of bank fees when that bank fees shouldn't have been charged. This company is proving to be rogues.
