YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH FNB

Don't trust FNB, your money is not safe with them. Funds ****** from my account and FNB does not take responsibility. A *****ulent payment was approved without the funds even being available in the account, why was this not declined due to insufficient funds. after this *****ulent transaction my account was left in a negative R4000 and then they FNB transfers funds from a loan so my account is not in a -R4000!!!! How was my account even accessed???? I did not approve this *****ulent transaction!!! I disputed this outcome on 26 May 2023 already and they are still investigating, I have to make endless calls and pay cellphone bills just to be told they are still investigating, this was supposed to take 72 hours. I try and always use my phone to make payments because this is safer according to FNB now they are saying I am not going to be reimbursed because it was done via contactless card functionality. So in actual fact it is not saver to use the app.
