YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH FNB!!!

There are always funny transactions and discrepancies in FNB accounts . First concern is that you will sleep with a positive balance and wake up with a negative , it happens almost every week and when you ask their secure chat there will always give you their case reference numbers telling you that a case has been logged, multiple case numbers given with no feedback but yet the problem occures, I even moved my secondary income to the other bank because of this issue .Another issue is their ineffective debit card dispute system I think FNB is making money from this process , imagine having to pay a card replacement fee of 160 rands every time when you have to reorder a new card due to *****ulent card transactions. Their virtual card is always compromised as well and they know and won’t take accountability for any loss or whatever due strange transactions, in simple sentence YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH FNB!
