Your money is not safe with FNB

I have been banking with FNB for more than 10 years now and expect to always be treated with dignity and consideration. Apparently FNB decided to cut my overdraft, and without my knowledge, they took my balance of R20000 and paid into the overdraft facility. I believe that I should have been consulted and given reasons why this was necessary.

As a result, I will not be able to pay for my kids school fees, levy, food, vehicle maintenance and other day to day costs.

On Saturday, 10 May 2017, I called the private clients call centre and was told there's nothing they can do since FNB simply took back money that I owed to them.

I am so angry and if this decision is not reversed, I will definitely terminate my relationship with FNB.

Velly Mbokane
