Your money is definitely safe with this bank

FNB makes available the option to block a card but I am not sure what this really means since apparently *****sters can still use the card in that state. What is even more disconcerting is that when they use this for what appears to be online payments there is no 3D Secure verification or any other indication of these transactions happening. Why have 3D secure if it does not apply when actually needed?

When calling the ***** line for assistance you have to fight through a broken voice system to actually get assistance and then get placed on hold for long periods and at the end of it all promised references that never come.

Then there is also the thing about having to unblock a card to cancel it. So a *****ster is using the card and I have to make it even easier?

After multiple calls I do not feel this bank takes their financial security systems failing in multiple ways very seriously. Or that their customers through their failure are stuck with worry.
