Im very pleased n impressed with the quality of service provided by Pearl Monomane. I sincerely appreciate her responsiveness n the way she conducts service. On the 27th July, i went to westgate branch and there was a long que outside and our hero"Pearl" managed to save n assist more than 5people who were in front of me and there was a lady who was infront of me who wanted to transfer into her account"Pearl mananged to assist her via the banking app and the lady was happy that she didnt have to go inside the branch...and she even tought me how to book a branch visit. Thank you on behalf of all clients you help on a daily basis n thank you for your perseverance, patience and the hard work you put everyday!!"Tebogo" we need more people like Pearl in that branch!!
