Your courier guys are so unprofessional

I don't understand why a reputable bank like FNB could trust CCD couriers with our cards or any deliveries. I am so unhappy with these guys. I feel these guys are very disrespectful, and I always have the same experience everytime they supposed to deliver something to me. I really don't understand how FNB awarded such *********** bunch of ****** to hold our cards. Here I am waiting like a fool and none of these turds bothers to contact me about the deliverers or why it's delayed. The last time I had a driver so rude and unapologetic for being late and same thing happens again today. I called the call centre today to ask about my delivery and the lady on the phone was so unprofessional and said, am going to transfer your call to our courier department and hanged up on me.<br>
