your courier company is pathetic

I had registered a business through FNB and my bank card and when i received the sms that it's ready i then contacted CCD and after speaking to the call centre was arranged and even received an sms stating thatvit will delivered between 10:00 - 12:00. When i called before 12:00 i was asked to leave 5 minutes later so they can deliver i even left 10 minutes later and to date still no card. Evven aftwr having spoken to someone in authority. FNB if this is the callibre of contractors you have please cancel and close my account i will rather go elsewhere
