Your cards are not safe with FNB

9 days ago I reported two ***** cases on my cancelled credit card and was advised it would be resolved in 5 business days. The number given to me to phone just drops after a couple of seconds. Number ***. So I still don't know how ***** can be transacted on a cancelled card and FNB is very quiet as this is most likely and inside job.
