Your cards are not safe with FNB

How do you process transactions to a cancelled card??? Especially *****ulent amounts??????? I cancelled my card on the 20th yet FNB processed a *****ulent amount after this date. I have a SMS that confirms the cancelation. What is more frustrating is I report it to the ***** Department and I get this lackadaisy reply that they will reply in 5 days time. I'm referring to big amounts in my case. What's more frustrating I cancelled the card because FNB DID NOT do so as they said the would on the 19th when they had discovered *****ulent transactions and surly this card should have been flagged for any further transactions. The MESSAGE is clear you card is not safe with FNB.
