Your bank does not care

It honestly boggles my mind how much FNB does not listen or care. I have been trying to register a new business with FNB (I already have a business account, Platinum Cheque and Credit account and savings pocket with them) yet they insist of ****ing me about.

I sent through the rquired docs, but becouse my lease is expired I needed an affidavit from my landlord (requested by FNB) stating that I am currently living on the property and am indeed on a month to month lease. Even though there is a clear sub-clause stating that I can do that already. I dully comp**** and sent the affidavit off. Besides them taking close to a month to respond, they basically told me to get stuffed.

I don't know what to do anymore. I have explained the situation stating that I do not want to enter another lease with my landlord as he is a twaddle of a human being and I am looking at moving in the future. Added to that, I don't work from home, I operate from coffee shops as the business is an ONLINE SHOP, hence there is no need for me to operate from fixed premises. Basically they are telling me that I need to trade as a sole proprietor until such time that I move. What the actual **** do you do FNB?
