Your adverts couldn't be further from the truth, the worst service experience is with FNB!!

<p>I opened our business account just over 1 year ago, we where alloacted a banker located in the CBD miles away from our offices. We could never get hold of our banker and she never responds to her emails. As a result we've been forced to apply for certain services from other banks as we have some unique needs where we need to speak to a person at the bank. A year later we've been allocated a new banker and our business has grown in a m***ive way, though we receive some responses to our emails contact over phone remains impossible and the over all service is the same shocking experiance. When I raised our converns I was told the bankers have many clients and can't tend to all of them. We've been waiting about 2 or 3 months now for a response on a credit card application, still to date we have no feebdack. We're in the process of looking for another bank account and I must say Nedbank offers a far superior service experiance thus far. FNB - you need to stop advertising and look after your exisitng clients and at the very least service their minimal needs. Once you get that right look for new business! You charge fees yet provide no service! This is theft! </p>
