young professional account- bait and hook tactic

While I was studying, FNB came to speak to my class regarding a platinum account for young professionals . Anyway they advertised based on my degree I can get a loan of up to R10 000, apply for a home loan and all of this based on my qualification. Sounds excellent but its all lies.<br> <br> I decided to open the account and see if its really as good as it sounds. Firstly to open the account took more than an hour and not 10 minutes like they claim. Switch to FNB in 10 minutes is not true at all. <br> <br> Then I wanted a credit card and I was told it was rejected based on my credit history. I have a credit card with Nedbank and two cellular contracts. After I queried the credit card application for the third time I then did a credit check on myself and the result was I have a very good credit status on the credit check . <br> <br> Since it looked like FNB is full of lies I then wanted an loan and what do you know. It was rejected. I thought I could get a R10 000 loan based on my degree and qualification is nonsense and this whole account is just a bait and hook tactic.
