You work very hard for your money but when you need service they dont know you sad painful

I am a client at fnb very difficult bank in the world to work with i am cancelling my debit order, becouse the service provider said i must cancell from my bank i went to the bank they said i must call the online banking they will help, but that was the West service i have never had in my life from on consultant to onother once you mention debit order department they drop the phone on you please help don't know what to do
