You will not freeze my business account!!!!! And you will not tell me to go to a branch because I will not !!

You send me threatening messages that I must update compliance on my business account or else you will freeze my account, I follow the steps and when I get there I can’t do anything on this page, I cannot complement anything the page just have headings but no place to write anything ??? So what do you want me to do ?

You better not freeze my account and you better not tell me to go to a branch to do all this, I have no time for going to a branch and sitting in lines, that’s why I bank on my phone

I suggest you call me and sort this out, you can’t tell me to do something but disable the ability for me to do so
