You will be shocked by my experience at FNB Gardens Branch

If you have a choice, avoid the FNB Gardens branch. My visit this morning was appalling. I went to the branch to request an immediate withdrawal of funds from my business 7 day notice account with penalty of-course. The consultant's attitude towards my matter was terrible, all she could say was that there is no way that the branch can assist and that i should speak to a business manager - offering no flexibility at all. The Branch Manager "Mr Murugen" then came to inform me that branch has no business manager allocated to them, and subsequently informed the consultant to call the investment department. The consultant then rang up their number and left me to state my case. After the phone call, in which i was informed my request was actually doable - i was left sitting at an empty consultants desk for 15 mins. I then got up and drove away. At the first set of robots, i see the consultant walking back the branch with plastic bag - to my shock, the manager had allowed the consultant to leave for her lunch break (at around 11am by the way), while i was sitting and waiting for her assistance following the phone call. I then drove back to the branch to get a resolution for my matter. The Manager confirmed that he allowed the consultant to leave and that he would cover for her, but clearly forgot that i was sitting there waiting. My matter has still not been resolved, but i have reached a personal resolution...the only thing good about the FNB Gardens branch is the free secured parking.
