You took my money when you not supposed I’m depressed

I have had conversations with your colleagues I called you guys for more than two hours and also I have attached emails to reference this issue. I made a purchase with Hifi corp on the 1st of December and there was an issue with the delivery so I wanted to get a refund but then I got the device and there no need to get the refund lucky enough you guys had not processed it then in February I got an email referencing to that refund asking me to provide the card I used so I ignored it because I didn’t need the refund cause I got the device. Long story short you debited my account of 3499 as if I had been credited a refund and used it when I got the device. This needs to be reversed or I’m going to sue you guys for the distress and psychological turmoil you have put me through because someone did not do their job to check. I have also ccd Hifi corp and the financial ombudsman to lodge a formal complaint. When you guys can see my account you could have looked closely and investigated to see if I ever got a credit this is frustrating I need it sorted out ASAP
