You suck
I have had my account with FNB Platinum Park since I moved to Polokwane over 4 years ago. And because someone on their side never made correct and clear copies of all my documents, my account has been frozen. (and it's not their fault) And no they don't accept legal emailed copies. The branch and the service SUCK!
