YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE ONE REGRET BANKING WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For 2 weeks now I have been calling FNB to get a Paid up letter for a Temporary loan that was already paid up last year May (May 2019)!!! My banker also called and yet I have not received any letter... When I call your call centre I get disconnected, or transferred from one person to another... IT IS IRRITATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One would expect that as the innovators when it comes to banking, your call centres and your systems would actually be different from all the other ones out there?????/// Guess What???? YYOU ARE NOT!!!
