FNB you are not loyal to your clients. You know our debit orders went of, our business account went into access. Yes there is no funds because of LOCK-DOWN. I told SAMANTHA that we will sort it out on Monday. She refused and reversed our debit orders and even charged us a fee for unpaid items. As if reversing the debit orders is not enough but lets add a R150.00 fee for every reversal you need it! Damit man is that what you call building relationships with clients? Is that What we as a business get for banking for almost 6 years with FNB? Great way of showing your appreciation. I dont see a future for Kingsland Farming and FNB together.
